What ages do you teach?
We offer programs for kids as young as 5 and have classes tailored to different age groups, as well as adult programs.
What should I wear/bring to my first class?
A: Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. If you're enrolling in a program after your trial, we'll provide you with a uniform.
